Open your account for the first time

Your center creates an account for you and sends you a link. This guide shows how to choose your password and sign in for the first time.

Before you start

• You need the link your center sent you. Open it on your phone.
• The link works for a limited time. If it has expired, ask your center for a new one.

Steps

1. Open the link. The page says “Set your password”.
2. In “New password”, type a password of at least eight characters.
3. In “Confirm new password”, type the same password.
4. Tap “Save password”.
5. Remember your username: it is written next to “Your username:”. Then tap “Go to sign in”.
6. Type your username and your new password, then tap “Sign in”.

Result

Your home page opens. Your lessons and tasks for today are on it.

If something looks different

• If the page says “This link is not valid”, the link was already used or has expired. If you have already chosen your password, just sign in. If not, ask your center for a new link.
• If you forget your password, ask your center for a new link: a member of staff resets it.
