Set your notices so that you hear about a missed lesson or a new message the way that suits you.
Before you start
- Sign in as “Parent”.
Steps
- Tap your picture at the top: your profile opens.
- In “Notification settings”, you choose, for each kind of notice, where you get it: in the app or by email.
- In the table, messages, attendance, homework, grades and the other notices each have their own row.
- To turn one off, tap its box. For example, to turn email off for the feed, tap “Email” in the row “Feed”.
- Tap “Save”. Your choice is saved.
Result
Only the notices you want arrive, where you want them. You can change this at any time.
If something looks different
- It is best to keep the attendance notices on: they are how you learn that your child missed a lesson.
- If your center has connected Telegram, the section “Telegram” lets you link your account and get notices there (“Connect Telegram”). If not, those boxes are grey.
- You read the notices that arrived in “Notifications”.
