See what is due and get a receipt

See how much is due for each child, and until when, and get a receipt for what you have paid.

Before you start

• Sign in as “Parent”.
• You pay at the center: the app does not take payments, it only shows where things stand.

Steps

1. Tap “Payments” in the bottom menu.
2. In “Subscriptions”, each child has their subscriptions listed: the monthly fee, what is paid until and the next payment.
3. A subscription that is paid up says “On track”.
4. If a payment is late, the card shows how many days late, and the line “Due now” shows how much is due now.
5. “How to pay” says how and where the center takes payment.
6. “Payment history” lists the payments you made. To get a receipt, tap “Download (PDF)”.
7. Before the first download, draw your signature with your finger and tap “Save signature”. The signature is asked once for each receipt.
8. The receipt opens. To print it or save it as a PDF file, tap “Print / PDF”.

Result

You know how much is due, and you have a receipt for what you paid.

If something looks different

• If it says “No fee set for this group”, the center has not set a fee for that group, so no payment is expected. If you have questions, call the center.
• If you paid but the payment is not in the history, the center has not recorded it yet. Write to the center.
