Write to the teacher

Read the message your teacher wrote to you, reply to it, and write yourself when you need to.

Before you start

• Sign in as “Parent”.

Steps

1. Tap “Messages” in the bottom menu. A badge there means an unread message.
2. In the list of conversations, tap the teacher's name and read the message.
3. In “Type a message…”, write your reply.
4. Tap “Send”. The reply reaches the teacher at once.
5. To write to someone else, go back and tap “New conversation”. You can choose reception, the head of the center and your children's teachers. Each teacher is listed with the child's name.

Result

Your conversation with the teacher is kept in the app. When an answer comes, you get a notice.

If something looks different

• The center's management may read conversations, for quality and safety. The line “Conversations may be reviewed by center management for quality and safety purposes.” reminds you.
