Where do I get my password?
Your center sends you a link. Open it, choose your password and sign in. The steps are in Open your account for the first time.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Ask your center for a new link. Only a member of staff can reset a password. You open the link, choose a new password and sign in as before.
Why does it say there are no lessons today?
You have no lesson today. Open “Schedule” from “More” to see the whole week and your next lesson. See Your day and your week.
How do I hand in homework?
The app does not take hand-ins yet. “Homework” shows what is set, the due date and the status. Show your finished work to your teacher. See Find your homework.
What is the difference between grades and behavior points?
Grades are exam scores from zero to one hundred, in “Grades”. Behavior points are plus and minus points for how you take part in class, in “Behavior”. Points do not change an exam grade.
Why can't I see the Behavior section?
Your center does not use behavior points. Everything else works the same.
Who can I write to?
To reception and to the teachers of your groups, from “Messages”. The center's management may read conversations, for quality and safety. See Write to your teacher.
Can I change the language of the app?
Yes. Open your profile and choose a language in “Language”, or use the language buttons in “More”. See Set up your account.
I was in the lesson but I am marked absent. What now?
Tell your teacher. Your teacher can correct attendance, and the change shows in “Attendance”.
