Your dashboard in one minute

What the founder's home screen shows: the month's money, late payments, lessons without a roll call, new enquiries, charts and Kompas.

When you sign in as “Founder”, the home screen (“Dashboard”) shows your day at a glance. Read it from top to bottom.

Before you start

  • Sign in as “Founder”. There is nothing to set up first.

What you see

  • Money. This month's income, expenses and net, and how many students are behind on payments. If someone is, tap that line to open the debts.
  • Today's lessons. Lessons that started without a roll call are listed here, in the block “Roll call not taken”. Open one to take attendance yourself.
  • New enquiries. Enquiries nobody has called yet, the newest first. Press one to open it, or press “Leads” under the block to see them all.
  • Numbers and charts. Below the blocks: how many students, groups, teachers and parents the center has; how the number of students changed over six months; attendance over fourteen days; and the lessons and hours of each teacher over thirty days.
  • Ask Kompas. Type a question or tap a suggestion, for example who owes money or how much was collected this month.

Where to go next

  • To add a student, open “Administration”, then “Users”, and add the student. Then enrol them in a group.
  • To take a payment, open “Finance”, pick the student, the amount and the months it covers. The receipt is ready to print at once.

If something looks different

  • The box “Ask Kompas” appears only when Kompas is switched on for your center.
  • Other roles have a home screen with other blocks.
