Add a subject and a room

Every group has a subject and, if you use rooms, a room. Add them here once, then choose them when you create a group. Reception can do this too. A subject has two names, Azerbaijani and Russian. A room has just one.

Before you start

• Sign in as “Founder” or “Reception”.
• Know the name of the subject in Azerbaijani and in Russian. Both are required.

Steps

1. Open “Administration”, then “Subjects”.
2. In the form “Add subject”, type the name in “Name (AZ)”.
3. Type the same name in “Name (RU)”.
4. Press “Add”. The subject is saved and appears in the list below.
5. Go back to “Administration” and open “Rooms”.
6. In the form “Add room”, type the name in “Room name” and press “Add”. The room appears in the list.

Result

The subject and the room are in the center's lists. You can now choose them when you create a group.

If something looks different

• To fix a name, change it in its row and press “Save”.
• A room name must be unique. If the name already exists, a message says so and nothing is added.
• On English screens, a subject you added yourself shows under its Azerbaijani name. Russian screens show the Russian name.
