On the home page, see the unpaid subscriptions, the salaries to pay and this month's income and expenses. Accountant dashboard, debts, salaries.

Before you start

Sign in as “Accountant”.

Steps

Open “Dashboard”.
The card “Outstanding” shows how many subscriptions are late or due soon, and how much. Its link takes you to the subscriptions.
The card “Salaries to pay” shows the total of this month's salaries that are not paid yet. Its link takes you to the salary page.
Below are this month's income (“Income this month”), expenses (“Expenses this month”) and net result (“Net this month”).
The “Export to Excel” button downloads the report as an Excel file.

Result

You know who is behind on payments, which salaries are left and how much was earned this month.

If something looks different

If the cards show zero, nobody is late and no salary is unpaid. That is good news.
An accountant can record and correct expenses, but cannot create groups or register students.
