Write down everyone who asks about a course and follow them up until they register. Each person is a card on a board, and each column is a stage.
Before you start
- Sign in as “Reception”.
- Have the person's name. Their phone number and the course make the follow-up easier.
Steps
- Open “Leads”. The board has one column for each stage, starting with “Interested”.
- Press “New lead”.
- Type the “Full name” and the “Age”. Only the name is required.
- Type the “Course”. If it is one of the center's courses, the person is counted in that course's waiting list above the board.
- Choose the “Shift”, then type the “Phone” and a “Note”. Press “Add”. The card appears in “Interested”.
- After the first call, drag the card to “Contact made”. Move it again at each later stage. You can also press “Edit” on the card and choose the “Status”.
- To find someone, type the name or phone in the search and press Enter. Only matching cards stay. Choose a course in “By course” to narrow the board further.
Result
The card sits in the stage the person has reached, and the counts above each column are up to date.
If something looks different
- “Enrolled” is reached only when the person is enrolled in a group. The board refuses the move otherwise. Create their student account first.
- “Table” shows the same people as a list, with the finished ones under “Resolved”.
