When a family is late with a payment, you can write to the parent yourself. The message goes to one parent, in a private conversation.
Before you start
- Sign in as “Accountant”.
Steps
- Open “Finance” and press “Subscriptions”. Late subscriptions come first. Each row names the student and the parent.
- In a late row, press the message icon (“Message parent”). “Messages” opens with a conversation with the parent.
- Write a short reminder. Keep it polite and leave the amounts to the list.
- Press “Send”. The message appears in the conversation.
What the message does
It is a private conversation between you and the parent. The parent gets a notification in the app, and their reply appears in the same conversation. Conversations may be reviewed by the center's management.
Result
The parent knows the payment is overdue. When the payment is recorded, the student leaves the late list on “Subscriptions”.
If something looks different
- An accountant account can write to parents one at a time, and to the founder and reception. It cannot write to students or send one message to many people. For a message to many parents, ask reception.
- If a row has no message icon, no parent is linked to that student yet.
- To see who is still late, open “Subscriptions” again: Check who has not paid.
